Happy Anniversary!

It's hard to believe that I've already been married to my wonderful husband for 2 years! Alan is one of the 2 most important blessings that God has given me, the other being our baby boy. I'm sure that I've posted this before, but meeting and marrying Alan was not in my original "plans" when I first moved to Florence, AL. The move was supposed to be temporary and I had planned to move back to Nashville after ~ 1 or 2 years of living with my parents and saving money for a down payment on a house. I smile as I look back on all that has happened since I moved here 4 years ago.

I'm most thankful for the wonderful examples of Godly marriage that are in both of our families. Both of my sets of grandparents were married for 50+ years and Alan's grandparents have celebrated 60 years of marriage! Our parents have been married for 30+ years and continue to be great examples of successful/happy marriages.

I pray that Alan and I follow in their paths and that God will continue to bless our marriage in the future.

I love you, Alan and thank God for you.
