My Summer with Camden

This summer has been very different from any other summer because I was able to share it with my handsome nephew, Camden. He is now 9 months old, and I love him more and more each day! I am so blessed to have a close-knit family and to call Sara and Michael my best friends. Michael and Stephanie are moving to Knoxville next month where Michael will begin working on his PhD in math. I'm going to miss you guys so much! Sara and Brian are living in Nashville with Camden and I am moving next month to Florence, AL to live with my parents for a while. While there, I will be working in Lawrenceburg, TN for STAR physical therapy and saving my earnings in order to purchase my first home in a few years. So, very soon all of the 3 little piggs will be spread out across TN and AL. We've all been together in Nashville for the past 5 years! But I think that we'll all be back closer together in a few years. I plan to move somewhere near Columbia, TN and Michael and Stephanie will probably move back to the Middle Tenn. area when he's finished with school. At least I think that's our plan, but God may be laughing at us right now and saying "Just wait! I have something totally different planned for each of you." I just pray that my plans are in line with His will for me...

Anyway, back to the title of this post. I have enjoyed the time I've been able to spend with Camden this summer and just wanted to post some pictures that I've taken over the last couple of months. He just gets cuter and cuter!

This one was taken when he wasn't looking. I just love his
expression and can only imagine what he is thinking!

This picture was taken when he was very sick with the 24 hour bug
that put all of us in our beds for a couple of days.
He was so nice to share it with Sara, Brian, Michael, Jeff, and me.

Also sick with the stomach bug in this picture. He is just so
easy-going and doesn't let anything upset him.

These last two pictures were taken on our trip to Florence for Memorial Day Weekend.
You can't see it, but the top picture shows Camden trying
to eat one of Nana's sausage balls. He learned very quickly that
Nana's cooking is really, really good! The bottom picture is him
sitting in his Bumbo seat in the kitchen just watching Nana cook
breakfast. He has long since grown to be too big for the Bumbo seat.

I love his smile!!!

Those are some great pictures of Camden. I hadn't seen most of them before. He does have a beautiful smile that is absolutely infectious - even when he's in getting into something he shouldn't and I'm trying to reprimand him!
You are a fabulous aunt and we are ALL going to miss you when you move!

He is so sweet! When Sara brought him to VP a few weeks ago, he was definitely the center of attention! Such a happy baby.
