Decisions, Decisions, Decisions

Well, I've had two of my three interviews this week. My last one is today and I think I'm going to stop sending my resume out. The first interview with a clinic in Muscle Shoals went well and I am supposed to get a call on Friday about the job. The second interview was in Huntsville, and I had that one yesterday. I think it went very well and I really enjoyed the people that interviewed me. They were very informative and made Huntsville look like a great place to work. I guess they thought the interview went well because I was 10 minutes into my drive back to my parents' house when they called me to offer me a job! I also had a voice mail message from the STAR contact when I got in my car to head to Florence and I am having an interview with them today at their clinic in Lawrenceburg, TN. So far, only one job offer and I am very thankful for that. But if all three places offer me a job, I am going to have to make a tough decision. I like the close proximity of the Muscle Shoals clinic and that it's outpatient with a computerized documentation system. I like the Huntsville clinic and it's an inpatient rehab hospital looking for a PT for the brain injury team or neuro team, both of which I would enjoy. Also, this clinic is managed by the same company as Vanderbilt Stallworth (Healthsouth) and all of the paperwork is very similar. So, there wouldn't be a huge period of learning time for me. STAR is the more ideal company to work for if I ever choose to move back to Nashville because it is all over the middle TN area and I would not have to worry about changing my licence from AL to TN if I moved back to Nashville. Healthsouth is also all over the country and a much larger company than STAR, which would give me more opportunities to move within the company if I choose to do so. This is why I would be torn if a job offer comes from all three places. I am thankful for the high demand for PTs right now and would prefer to have a lot of offers vs no offers at all. So, while I'm in Honduras next week I'll be doing a lot of thinking and praying about this... Thanks to everyone who is praying for me and I just ask that you pray that God tells me where I need to go in order to be in line with His will for me. Since I am going to be out of the country for 9 days, the next entry will probably be letting all of you know where I will be working.
